This was the first ever IPO for Manyavar, the largest Indian wedding and celebration wear company in India. The IPO received good response from QIB and NII investors despite volatile equity capital markets.
As the left lead banker, Axis Capital handheld the company throughout the IPO process to ensure a smooth and successful closure, dominating procurement in the anchor book with more than 31% share in a 5-bank syndicate.
The IPO witnessed strong participation from marquee investors across the globe, more than 90% of the anchor book was allocated to long-only investors.
