EaseMyTrip is India’s second largest OTA offering a comprehensive range of travel-related products and services for end-to-end travel solutions, including air tickets, hotels and holiday packages, rail tickets, bus tickets and cabs.
The transaction was launched in a volatile equity capital market environment with headwinds in the travel & tourism sector due to the pandemic.

The IPO received strong responses from investors against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic. The anchor book witnessed strong participation from both foreign and domestic investors with the entire book being allocated to long-only investors.
