Axis Capital is the only banker to have successfully led and executed all the public market fund raiser for Route Mobile. All the issues (IPO, QIP) witnessed tremendous response despite multiple ongoing transactions.
Route Mobile is a leading cloud communication platform as a service (CPaaS) provider catering to enterprises, over-the-top players, and mobile network operators. Axis Capital advised the Route Mobile management on optimal issue size, timing, and pricing to ensure a successful deal with oversubscription.
Playing a crucial role in building up transaction momentum, Axis Capital helped convert the first large marquee anchor investor, helping garner confidence to launch the deal in IPO and QIP. The Pre-IPO went on to raise Rs. 670 million and IPO raised Rs. 6,000 million respectively.
Leveraging strategically, Axis Capital delivered disproportionately higher share of the total book (approximately 43% allocation in a 7 member syndicate) in QIP and went on to provide strong post listing support through buying by select marquee investors.
