Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail (ABFRL) raised INR 995 Cr through a Rights Issue, the third rights issue to hit the market amidst the coronavirus pandemic. This is the second fund raise by the K Raheja Corp Group amidst the coronavirus pandemic and Axis Capital has led both the transactions.
