We work towards boosting the livelihoods of rural households in India through the Sustainable Livelihoods Program with Axis Bank Foundation.
We reach out to economically excluded rural communities to diversify their income streams, increase access to credit, improve natural resource management and promote entrepreneurial skills in rural youth.
To date, we have supported over a million households to increase their productivity and move towards financial security.

We mobilise our business to address pressing socio-economic and ecological challenges faced by rural communities in India through our work with Axis Bank Foundation.
Through the Sustainable Livelihood Program, we reach out to economically excluded rural communities to help them achieve credible paths to sustainable livelihoods. The program focuses on diversifying income-generating opportunities, strengthening and increasing farm productivity, improving natural resource management and increasing employability and entrepreneurial skills of rural youth. This multi-faceted approach towards livelihoods enables rural communities to increase their income, gain access to credit and build their capacities to be agents of change in their own communities.
