Craftsman Automation is a diversified engineering company with vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities spanning across its three business segments – Automotive Powertrain, Automotive Aluminium and Industrial & Engineering. The first IPO to be launched post a 3 year long gap in the auto sector and against the backdrop of volatile market conditions; it received a good response across investor categories despite multiple competing IPOs running simultaneously.
The overall issue was subscribed 3.3x with 4.21 lakh retail applications.
Axis Capital positioned Craftsman as:
