The IPO for Flexiloans, a fast growing digital-first SME lending fintech providing “Loans at a Click” to small businesses (SME’s) witnessed participation from new marquee institutional investors including Denmark based PE fund Maj Invest and UK based Fintech investor Fasanara Capital as well as Global family offices of Mr. Harry Banga, Mr. Yogesh Mahansaria and existing investors including Mr. Sanjay Nayar.
