The deal witnessed strong participation from various pools of capital across the global despite multiple other sizeable on-going capital market transactions. Nearly all the anchor book was allocated to long only investors.
Axis Capital positioned Latent View Analytics as a market leading player in data and analytics field with a wide range of capabilities and first pure-play analytics company to be listed on Indian stock exchanges.
As the left lead banker, Axis Capital handheld the company throughout the IPO process to ensure a smooth and successful closure. Spearheading multiple discussions with the regulator with respect to the use of proceeds given the Company’s requirement, Axis Capital helped generate early demand from marquee investors to set the valuation benchmark and create deal momentum. A lion’s share of the anchor book (approximately 42.3% in a 3-bank syndicate) was procured by marquee investors, in addition to the largest bid and the highest number of bids in the anchor book.
Axis Capital fully leveraged the distribution network of Axis Bank and the strong HNI/Retail distribution franchise to enable wide participation in the IPO.
