The Boards of MSSL, and its principal holding entity, Samvardhana Motherson international Limited (SAMIL), approved a group reorganization plan as mentioned hereunder

- Demerger of Domestic Wiring Harness business from MSSL into a newly incorporated company

- Subsequent merger of SAMIL into MSSL to consolidate 100% shareholding in Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group BV
